Here’s my attempt at a second review. The first negative review disappeared when they removed this item from Amazon and now it’s back. Warning! Don’t do it! It arrives very heavy. Most of the parts were damaged, cracked, or scratched. When fully assembled, the legs instantly break off under its own weight. I mean without anything on it! I’ve had it for a few years now because I could not imagine how I was going to return it’s heavy pieces in it’s broken box. I did my best keeping as little stuff on it as possible and keeping people from touching. I had it anchored. But this week we had mini splits installed on the wall behind it and it had to be moved. We team lifted, straight up and carefully placed it down knowing how fragile the legs were, and sure enough, the back two legs completely snapped off, bracket stuck on the legs. We could not remove them. It’s now a very expensive Cube shelf and looks ridiculous sitting on the floor legless. I’m so sad and disappointed.This piece was easy to assemble and looks fantastic. However, the legs are fragile as I found out when trying to move it into place on a carpeted floor. I immediately ripped one leg off and had half broken the second. I was able to mostly fix this by rescrewing in the attachment embedded in the bottom panel but it’s not likely to withstand a whole lot of movement now since the boards are particle board. If you buy this do not attempt to move it yourself.The bookshelf arrived earlier than expected. Extremely easy to put together except for the gold handles, I advice putting them on before inserting the doors. Two pieces of wood were cracked but not noticeable when the piece was fully assembled. Bigger than expected. I’m happy with it, using it as a kids bookshelf.Sturdy.... great piece for the priceThey looks great but legs came right off...The "strong legs" got broken while I was trying to flip this bookshelf.The piece of paper that was inside of the box had a customer support email address. Once I sent an email I got a reply from Gmail saying that the address didn't exist. After talking to Amazon customer support for almost a month I finally got my money back.Junk. As soon as I put it together and stood it up with the help of my wife, the legs snapped off. I had to screw this joke of a bookshelf to the wall so it can be used due to the legs not supporting the weight.Great item for the price!!
